Our design team is comprised of award winning outdoor living designers, architectural draftspersons, and if needed, structural engineers, and geotechnical engineers. We believe that construction can be a guess free venture. Since design and construction are a partnership with you, we take time to listen effectively to your needs and communicate regularly. Every project will have an accurate site inventory complete with elevation check. Without solid data to apply your needs to, you cannot have an accurate understanding of what’s to come.
We really enjoy what we do and while we are quite able to work inside boxes we also enjoy blurring the lines and challenging the edges. Whether inside or outside of the lines design does have a cost and that entirely depends on the scope and scale of your project.
We are capable of not only taking the guess work away from construction but we are graphically able to create your personal resort in detail. When needed, we create accurate elevation details and architectural cross sections to help you understand site lines, how we intend to screen views, and even how a new structure relates to you existing residence. Decorative Concrete
By imprinting patterns in freshly placed concrete, the high-end look of stone or brick pavement can be achieved at a lower cost. Stamped concrete, also called patterned or imprinted concrete, is designed to resemble brick, slate, flagstone, stone, tile and even wood. Decorative concrete creates an economical replica of these more expensive materials yet maintains a very natural look. Blue Diamond Pools uses stamped concrete to beautify pool decks, driveways, entries, and patios and can incorporate complex designs into steps, courtyards and fountains. Stamped concrete can also be blended with other decorative concrete elements, such as exposed aggregate finishes and acid-etch staining. Particular patterns can also be integrated, such as running bond brick, hexagonal tile, worn rock or stone.
